Porter – Rich, dark complex ale made with four malts and four hop varieties: Columbus, Perle, Cascade and Mt. Hood. Chocolate malt dominates taste and colour in this otherwise balanced brew.
*IPA - Our award-winning India pale ale emphasizes Northwest hop varieties and features significant hop flavor, bitterness and aroma. Dry hopped with Columbus, Cascade and Simcoe.
Hefeweizen – Is relatively dry, mildly hopped with German Noble varieties and has a complex body with a traditional Bavarian aroma and flavour.

Wittekerke Rose (2T) – A Belgian wheat beer known for its fruity aroma and taste. Made with raspberries and a dash of Petrus aged pale ale.
Petrus Dubbel Bruin (2T) – Double Brown Ale brewed with pure spring water and carefully selected hops and malts. A delicious dark beer with a subtle caramelized flavour.

Lindemans Peche (2T) – Sprightly refreshing taste of peaches. Flavourful, rich and beautifully balanced.
Lindemans Kriek (2T) – Fresh black cherry juice added. Rose-coloured, sparkling , fruity with a tart finish.
Coopers Pale Ale (2T) – Brewed by a method of top fermentation originating in the Middle Ages. Natural ingredients of malt, hops and a special yeast strain that’s over 60 years old.
Coopers Sparkling Ale (2T) - With its famous cloudy sediment and its distinctive balance of malt, hops and fruity characters, the old 'Red Label' is a tasty slice of Coopers history. It's still brewed naturally using the century old top fermentation method and it still tastes great!

Boundary Bay Blonde - A straight forward lighter bodied ale, our Blonde was brewed for the summertime. It has a well rounded softness with a crisp, cleansing finish with

Pennefoise Plum Ale (2T) – Light brown colour with notes of fruits, prunes, caramel and toffee. A very nice sweet beer with lots of Belgian character.
Loubecoise Maple Syrup Biere (2T) – Taste is a mix between candy sugar, doughy yeast some dry fruits and subtle maple syrup. Body is full with great carbonation.
Archidue Green Lemon Beer (2T) – This light and refreshing beer is a new product to the brewery’s lineup.
Cookie Beer (2T) – A Belgian strong pale ale with high fermentation, taste of cinnamon and ginger.
Brussels Apple Beer (2T)– Brewed with wheat and natural juice with only a little sugar added for a very fresh, nice taste.

Red Racer White – The beer lover's pale ale. Big and bold with lots of flavour from the use of crystal malt and hops from the Yakima Valley in Washington State.
Pilsner - We have brewed this beer as a special treat, with the almost unheard of "Floor-malted Czech Pilsner malt", and all Saaz hops. This beer has been lagered for 12 weeks with the utmost care and attention. Truly a classic style that should not be missed.

Hell’s Kitchen – (Organic) This is an Irish Red Ale. We add potatoes to the mash for a fuller mouthfeel, and hop this beer exclusively and generously with our own farm hops. Rich, malty and bitter - all the best things in beer.

Saison Poivre - A Belgian farmhouse-style ale with a fiery and aromatic touch. Brewed with pale, Munich, Cara-Munich and wheat malts, bittered with German Northern Brewer and finished with Czech Saaz hops. Ground black, white, green and pink peppercorns are added to the end of the boil, with more pink added to the whirlpool and in the bright tank.

Sasquatch Stout – Black and robust with a lot of body, just like the mysterious animal itself. It is brewed with oats and roast and chocolate malts.
Sergeant’s IPA – Old British-style brew, as shipped to troops in India. Uses 2-row pale ale malt and prized East Kent Goldings hops.
Cultus Lake Pilsner - This is a light coloured, crisp, and smooth drinking beer. It is traditionally brewed with barley malts, pilsner yeast and Sterling hops.
PADDOCK WOOD BREWERY – Booth 10
Saskatoon, Sask
606 Pale Ale – The 606 Pale Ale features a huge malt profile from Maris Otter malt, but massive amounts of Cascade & Ahtanum hops come through in the finish.
Black Cat Lager – A German-style Schwarzbier. The de-husked Carafa malt adds nuances of coffee flavour but leaves none of the astringent bite of roasted malts.
Czech Mate – A fresh spin on the classic Pilsner beer. Has a solid all-malt background which balances out the hops. The initial impression will seem malt accentuated, but contemplate the finish and the hop profile will reveal itself.

Duvel (2T) – Sublime on the palate with tiny bubbles, pale straw colour and a firm head. This beer was a Belgian attempt to reproduce English style pale ale.
Rochefort 8 (2T) – Amber colour with aromatic fruity fig-like notes followed by hints of spice on the dryish finish.
Chimay Blue (2T) – This Trappist Brewery at the monastery in the Ardennes has its own artesian wells and has been using the same multi strain yeast since before WW1. This yeast runs a hot fermentation and produces a powerful rounded spiciness.
Mort Subite Framboise (2T) - Pale orangey/pink colour with a semi-hazy appearance. Earthy fresh raspberry aromas with notes of cider and rye bread. Quite flavourful; a smooth creamy mouthful of earthy/woody malt and sweet raspberries essence with a refreshingly tart acid finish.
Orval (2T) - Sunset orange in colour with a firm body and fruity crisp middle palate followed by a long hoppy dry finish.

Heatherdale Ale - Brewed exclusively for the Butchart Gardens, this ale uses heather blossoms to produce a delicate, distinct, taste and aroma. The recipe is based on ancient Pict tradition and is the only ale of this style brewed in North America.

Ipanema White - An authentic Belgian-style wheat beer brewed with Curacao orange peel and coriander seed.

Éphémère Apple (2T) – White ale blended with apple wort. Straw-yellow in colour with hues of jade, this beer has a fresh apple aroma with taste reminiscent of “Granny Smith” apples and delicate spice notes.
Trois Pistoles (2T) - Dark brown ale brewed with four selected malts and four exotic spices. Superb aromas of ripe fruits, chocolate and coffee. Wild fruit combined with an aftertaste of port wine.
