Festivale Altbier - Light in body and very crisp while maintaining an assertive hop character and wonderful caramel maltiness.

Dunklewieizenbock - Dark wheat beer with spicy clove notes and a banana fruit character interwoven with chocolate and mocha flavours.

IPA - A classic ale dry hopped to lend a distinctive character. Spicy, warm, earthy.

Magpie Rye Ale - Blend of pale and rye malts. Slightly dry with a spicy bouquet finishing with a subtle pepper taste and aroma.

Grasshopper Wheat Ale - Three types of pale and wheat malts. Light on the palate, packed with flavour and European hop aroma, with fruity or citrusy notes.

*Prime Time Pale Ale - Delicate malt flavour and gently balanced hoppiness. Brewed with Northwestern two-row pale malt and hopped with Yakima, Chinook and Cascade in addition to German Hersbruckers.

Coal Creek Porter - A blend of dark roasted malts combined with three other specialty malts and unmalted flaked barley. Satisfying roasted flavour and smooth texture.

*Powderfinger Rye Ale - The addition of organic flaked rye to the grist results in a complex malt character that is smooth and satisfying. Three separate noble hop additions help balance out the flavour.

*Scarlet Fire IPA - A greater depth of hop character through extensive first wort hopping. It's got all the C hops stuff that we love, just more.

Kamloops, BC

Lager - Slowly aged over extended periods of time to enhance its taste profile. Slightly creamy followed by a malty sweetness and a clean crisp finish.

Irish Cream Ale - Rich creamy head, dark brown in colour. Low levels of hoppiness and nutty flavour.

IPA - Starts with a hoppy bitterness, followed by a medium level of maltiness and body. It finishes with a refreshingly fruity grapefruit flavour.

Pennant Ale - A honey coloured pale ale with a brisk malt palate and finely balanced hop character.

Black Chocolate Stout (2T) - A luscious deep dark chocolate flavour through a blend of specially roasted malts.

Lager - a Vienna-style lager. Displays a firm malt center with a fine bitterness and floral hop aroma. Caramel malt finish.

Blackberry Porter - Five malted barleys are combined with three hop varieties to produce this traditional porter. Natural, pure blackberry provides an exciting complexity.

Cannery IPA - Brewed with an interesting and continuous blending of four hop varieties. Rich malt flavours that produce a complex character and lingering hop finish.

Naramata Nut Brown Ale - Rich dark malts with an amazingly smooth finish. This fuller bodied ale is finely tuned by using fine bittering, aroma and flavour hops. Don't be Afraid of the Dark!

Red Racer ESB - The use of English crystal malts gives this beer its flavour and colour profile. Nutty with a beautiful aroma.

Red Racer Raspberry - Infused with raspberries, this wheat ale is crisp and clean with a subtle fruitiness. The toasted crystal malt from England balances the natural acidity of the raspberries.

Red Racer Imperial IPA (2T) - An intensely hopped IPA made with Maris Otter barley from the UK.

*Rye Double IPA - Using four malt and four hop varieties, the fruitiness from the rye shines with a smooth bitterness balanced by malt sweetness and a dry finish.

Pale Ale - Westcoast style pale ale. Big grassy and citrus aromas on the nose, candied stone fruit and malt sweetness.

*Bourbon Aged Breakfast Stout - Uses six malt varieties, two blends of espresso from JJ Bean, cocoa nibs, bittersweet bakers chocolate and aged on Bourbon soaked oak chips.

*Pandora's Box Fig Saison - Based on our fantastic rye Saison recipe. Fermented out in secondary with organic fig puree.

Back Hand of God Stout - (Organic) This award-winning dry stout is extraordinarily smooth and mildly hopped with a distinct coffee/chocolate presence.

*Insurrection Pale Ale - (Organic) Dry hopped with plenty of our own farm-grown Cascade hops. It's got buckets of aromatic bitterness with a dry, crisp malt profile.

*Gael's Blood Potato Ale - Made with organic potatoes for an exceptionally smooth, silky body. Rich in earthy malt flavour and body.

Seasonal Fruit Ale - Organic fruit and herbs from our own farm. Saskatoons, red currants, black currants, crab apples, plums - ask which keg we're tapping at the moment to find out which fruit is in it!

Toasted Coconut Wit - Traditionally unfiltered, fresh, lightly spice wheat ale infused with coconuts toasted to perfection in the oven of the Island Goddess!

*Nut Brown Ale - Full-bodied, refreshing premium dark ale with a wealth of taste sensations roused by roasted malts, hints of chocolate and espresso.

Mirror Pond Pale Ale - Crystal malt is utilized to support the massive Cascade hop profile. Delicate malty sweetness with four different hop additions along with dry-hopping.

Inversion IPA - Generous amounts of Cascade and Centennial hops provide a citrus aroma kick. Carastan and crystal malts balance the hops to give complex caramel flavours.

Black Butte Porter - Rich in flavour yet easy to drink with its creamy, smooth mouth feel. The slight hop bitterness up front enhances the distinctive chocolate and roasted finish.

Kolsch - We use a genuine Kolsch yeast, our continental-style Pilsner malt and extended aging to create a lighter ale with restrained fruitiness and rounded mouthfeel.

India Red Ale - Ruby red colour and rich body with the hop flavours of an IPA. Our unique ale yeast strain adds a delicious layer of complexity.

Inversion Pale Ale - A big, bold hop front. Centennial and Cascade hops provide a tart, citrus greeting, while Carastan and crystal malts soften the edges.

Fat Tug IPA - Classic Northwest IPA. Cascade and Amarillo hops are showcased on top of a substantial malt backbone yielding many complex notes of Humulus lupulus.

Crooked Coast - Dark wheat malt is balanced by the inviting aromas of Tettnanger hops. A mellow and satisfying session style ale.

*Old Cellar Dweller - Barley wine of epic proportions.

Farmhand Ale - Traditional Belgian-style Saison. Unique Belgian yeast, a partial sour mash and a finish of black pepper.

Avatar Jasmine IPA - Pours golden copper with a lively head. Very floral nose while allowing the subtle flavour of jasmine to prevail while still delivering the I.P.A.'s essential hoppiness.

Night Owl Pumpkin Ale - Made with pale, Munich and crystal malts, green roasted pumpkin seeds, 150 lbs of pumpkin meat in the mash. Spiced with nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, ginger and allspice.

Robson Street Hefeweizen - An unfiltered wheat ale brewed from a suspension of Bavarian yeast, generous amounts of malted wheat and German hops. Refreshing!

Brockton IPA - A refreshing, well hopped IPA with golden colour, brewed in the style of the Pacific Northwest.

*Pumpkin Ale (2T) - Earthy undertones lend a unique twist to this untraditional ale. Burnt orange in colour, with roasted pumpkin and spice flavours, make it all autumn.

English Bay Pale Ale - A copper-hued pale crafted in the tradition of classic English ales. A smooth mild flavour with a caramel malt aroma make this pale ale great for any occasion.

*Pothole Filler Imperial Stout (2T) - A dark ale, brewed with six malts and blackstrap molasses. It is a thick beer, with an intense roasted barley flavour, with notes of chocolate and liquorice. 

Pumpkineater Ale (2T) - Brewed with barley, fresh roasted pumpkin, hops, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise, water and yeast. A local favourite.

Howe Sound Lager - Pale golden lager, that is balanced between sweet malt and dry hop flavours. The lager has a clean, dry finish with some mild fruitiness.

Devils Elbow IPA - An assertive ale that is heavily bittered and dry-hopped providing an intensive aroma and brewed using selected English and North American barley and hops.

Merri Berri - This is a refreshing blend of apple cider and unfermented juices of BC berries and fruits. It's popular among those who enjoy spritzers or lighter alcoholic beverages.

Scrumpy (2T) - Strong, sharp and rich with the flavour of B.C. crab apples fermented without sugar. Our famous rough farmhouse English cider with rich tannic body is slightly sweet, strong and satisfying.

Cyser - A traditional blend of apple juice and wildflower honey, combined in a slow fermentation process that dates back to the Viking days.

Georges ESB - Styled after the classic London ESB. Full malt body balanced with a hearty addition of Nugget and Styrian Golding hops.

Mocha Porter - Brewed with five different malts from England and Canada giving this dark beer a complex flavour with hints of chocolate, vanilla and coffee.

*Empress of India Pale Ale (2T) - Brewed primarily for the GCBF. This IPA was formulated with classic English malts used along with traditional hops from the UK and Europe.

Red Seal Ale - Malt and hops are beautifully married in this full bodied, copper-red ale. Generously hopped for a long spicy finish.

Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout (2T) - Aged in oak whiskey barrels adds to the level of complexity that amplifies the espresso/chocolate notes in the flavour profile.

Longboat Double Chocolate Porter - Enhanced by a double dose of chocolate, this smooth deep flavoured porter is certain to appeal to both the beer connoisseur and chocolate aficionado.

*Hop Circle IPA - Generously hopped and full-bodied. A small addition of crystal malt gives this IPA a light amber colour and a faint, malty sweetness.

Blue Buck - A deep amber-coloured beer with a crisp finish featuring a delicate hop aroma.

*XXXXX Stout - Full bodied velvety malt texture; hints of chocolate, liquorice and espresso.

Naughty Nellie - Crisp and refreshing with mild fruity esters and soft malt character yet beautifully balanced.

*Monk's Uncle Tripel (2T) - Big, full-bodied and complex with a yeasty nose, fruity esters and a round but dry backbone. Hints of honey, spice and exotic fruit.

Yoda's Green Tea Golden Ale - Is infused with Bancha, an organic steamed green tea grown in China. This ale has a pleasant green tea flavour and aroma that is both refreshing and rejuvinating.

Peeping Peter's Scottish Ale - Brown, roasted and biscuit malts create this rich and malty ale. A small addition of peat-smoked barley adds a slight smoky flavour.

*Peeping Peter's Scottish Ale - Cask conditioned version of the Scottish ale.

Hop Diggidy IPA - A smooth malt background and full round hop flavours. Dry hopping two separate times in the process insures an aromatic and lasting hop finish.

Audacious Apricot Ale - This flavourful apricot ale boldly combines the taste and aroma of fresh apricot with the smooth finish of wheat malt.

Chatoe Single Malt Ale - Has a malty aroma and deep golden colour with a dense creamy head. Medium bodied with a lush rich maltiness from the DareTM malt.

Chipotle Ale - Roasted chipotle peppers produce an eye opening chile flavour in this deep golden ale with a malty, smoky aroma and smooth, crisp flavour.

Hazelnut Brown Nectar - A nutty twist to a traditional European brown ale. Dark brown with a hazelnut aroma. A rich nutty flavour and smooth malty finish.

*IPA - Fine Canadian malt gives a rich copper colour with a beautiful tan head. Palisades and crystal hops make it deliciously hoppy and delightfully fragrant.

Golden Ale - Made with the finest Canadian two-row barley and hops from Salt Spring Island. Nutty flavour, citrus notes and a beautiful golden colour.

Heatherdale Ale - Dark gold, light to medium body. Mild floral and honey aroma, cider-like character and very light hop notes to produce a dry wine-like finish.

Canoe Creek Lager - Crisp clean finish comes from brewing with organic malt and hops and a long conditioning period. No preservatives or additives are used to produce this fine lager.

Sam McGuire's Pale Ale - This beer is packed with flavour using five varieties of hops and six different malts. Definitely a beer with character!

Talking Dog Wit - Wonderful fresh aroma is created from using orange rind and coriander. Locally grown winter wheat is used to give a cloudy appearance.

Tumbler Autumn Brown Ale - We use malt within days of roasting at the peak of its flavour to give this ale a graceful smooth malt character.

Monks Indiscretion (2T) - Dry hopped and fermented with an aromatic Belgian yeast strain. Has an intense tropical hoppy aroma and flavour, with balanced bitterness.

Tripel Entendre (2T) - Complexity and balance from a simple recipe of the finest ingredients obtainable. Clear and light, this Belgian ale drinks smooth and easy.

*Bevrijder IPA - Crafted with British malt, Belgian yeast, and American hops. Dry yet malty with a beautiful balance of malt, hop bitterness, and spicy Belgian character.

O'Regan's Revenge - Made from the finest floor malted Maris Otter and hopped with East Kent Goldings. This Irish red ale drinks easy and is rich, balanced, dry, and satisfying.

Raspberry Ale - 100 pounds of fresh raspberries are added to crisp light wheat ale, that we hope will satisfy both the beer nerd and the fruit lover in all of us.

Discovery Ale - This low gravity session ale is in honour of a similar beer released in 1992 that used Northern Brewer hops that went into space with the crew of the Space Shuttle Discovery.

Northwest Ale - Brewed with Pacific North West hops. Superbly well balanced with a strong, copper coloured, malty body.

*Chocolate Stout - A rich stout cask conditioned with a generous portion of TCHO cocoa nibs for a full bodied and intense chocolatey flavour.

Frambozen(2T) - A ruby-red fruit beer brewed with copious amounts of fresh Fraser Valley raspberries.

Great Pumpkin Ale - A festive spiced ale brewed with 100 lbs of pumpkin and plenty of cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg.

*Grand Espresso Stout (2T) - A rich, roasty stout that is brewed with shots that are laboriously poured on our own espresso machine. The coffee is custom-roasted by JJ Bean.

Arrogant Bastard Pale Ale - This is an aggressive ale. You probably won't like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate its quality and depth.

IPA - Huge hop aroma, flavour and bitterness throughout. Medium malt character with a heavy dose of over-the-top hops!

Smoked Porter - Dark, smooth and complex, with rich chocolate and coffee flavours balanced by a subtle smokiness.

Berry Ale - Full-bodied ale with raspberries added in fermentation. Amber-light red in colour very complex and delicate.

Scotch Ale (2T) - A full-bodied traditional Scotch ale brewed in the 'wee-heavy' style, this beer is a malty beast.

*Swans Brewcifer IPA - Intensely Piquant Ale brewed with jalapeno, black pepper and lime. Intensely hopped IPA, cask conditioned with some serious heat.

*Black Bonny Porter - Rich black colour and aromas of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, toffee and caramel. Slightly lingering hop finish.

Hop the Plank IPA - A rich amber ale with an aggressively fruity hop flavour balanced with a bit of malt. The finishing hop bitterness lingers just long enough for you to hop off the plank for another sip.

Blood Orange Wit - Cloudy orange-gold hue, rich creamy texture with flavour that is dominated by a blend of different orange zests and hand crushed whole coriander.

Black Widow Cascadian Dark - Dark at first glance but light and easy to drink with big citrus hop flavours and a clean bitterness. Trust your taste buds on this one.

Peach Cream Ale - The aroma and taste of fresh ripe peaches; but finishes dry and refreshing.

Strawberry Blonde Ale - A blonde ale where the grain flavours combine with the juicy, sweet and tart flavours of the strawberries.

Tofino, BC

Tuff Season Pale Ale - A bright copper coloured pale ale with a toasty malt base balanced with west coast hops. Light to medium body with a clean, dry finish.

Fogust Wheat Ale - German style hefeweizen. Nice subtle notes of banana and clove up front and clean mellow finish.

Hoppin' Creatin' IPA - Gives off an aromatic bouquet of citrus and mango. Heartily hopped, lighter in body with an extremely dry finish.

Dukes Cider - Subtle apple flavour and notes of cinnamon lead to a very pleasant smooth dry finish.

Beach Blonde Lager - Light bodied smooth tasting with flavours of honey and caramel.

*Cutthroat Pale Ale - A classic pale ale. Perfect balance of five different malts and selected hops. Smooth and flavourful, cask conditioned exclusively for this year's GCBF.

Vertical Winter Ale - Smooth, medium-bodied mellow tasting winter ale. Flavours of caramel and nuts lead to a subtle hint of vanilla on the finish.

Stanley Park Amber - Belgium style amber. The subtle toasted malt is perfectly balanced with light hop levels, delivering complexity and an exceptionally clean finish.

Noble Pilsner - Two noble hop varieties, select malt and a unique yeast strain, this beer is lagered for 28 days for mellow flavours and aromas.

Chambly, PQ

Blanche de Chambly - A light, fruity white ale veiled by citrus aromas and coriander. Wheat flavours are present with subtle spices and citrus notes reminiscent of lemon. Simply refreshing!

Ephemere Cassis - Black currant aroma featuring citrus, spice and floral notes complemented by a rich black current flavour with hints of fresh grapefruit, lemon zest and tea.

Maudite (2T) - Amber red ale with lightly spiced aromas. The robust malt spiciness is counterbalanced by an assertive hop finish.

UPRIGHT BREWING - Booth 19

Portland, OR

Five - Deep and complex flavour with an underlying earthiness. Pale fruit aromas created during the fermentation brighten the profile and bring the beer balance.

Six - A dark rye beer with layered flavours including chocolate, caramel, pepper, wood, cherry and tropical fruit. It starts semi-dry and smooth and finishes fully dry and tart.

Seven (2T) - Our most aromatic beer. The brewery's saison yeast is fully expressed in the aroma with lots of fruitiness while the hops provide light spice notes. Finishes dry with a lightly lingering bitterness.

Pipers Pale Ale - A copper coloured English style pale ale with a medium body and ample hop character.

Double Decker IPA - This golden amber IPA is packed with a West Coast flavour and hop character combined with a crisp dry finish.

Sea Dog Amber Ale - An alt-style amber with a burst of hops and smooth malt finish. Brewed to celebrate our Canadian Naval Centennial.

*Black Rock Chipotle Rauchbier - (Friday only) - This unique, dark ale is brewed with chipotle peppers and smoked Lapsang Souchong black tea. The upfront roasted malt flavours conclude with a mild smoke and spicy finish.

*Beacon Hill Blonde - (Saturday only) - Brewed using 100% Canadian barley, German Hallertauer hops and the addition of fresh locally grown rosemary.

Whiskey Jack Ale - Dry-hopped with English Kent hops for a true craft beer experience. Warm copper colour with a well-rounded mouthfeel with subtle bittering.

Powder Mountain Lager - North American-style lager slowly aged. Clean sweetness balanced with low levels of dry hoppiness for a clean, crisp and refreshing finish.

Black Tusk Ale - Brewed with a special blend of imported roasted and chocolate malts. Deep obsidian black in colour with a dense head. Expect a mild finish.

Red Brick IPA - This impressive West Coast style India pale ale is brewed with lots of Northwest hops to give a balanced, crisp, clean finish.

Black Tail Porter - Robustly rich, dark ale that is creamy and smooth - our 'house specialty'.

Golden Honey Ale - This smooth session ale is full of flavour and is made with organic Honeydew honey. Light body and smooth finish.

Whitehorse, Yukon

Red Amber Ale - Rich bronze colour, creamy mousse head, full malt body with spicy licorice overtones. Signature bitter finish.

Ice Fog IPA - Full malt body, dry hopped for fresh hop aroma and flavour. Pleasing bitter finish.

Yukon Gold - Clean across the palate. The mix of five malts provides subtle character and the addition of malted wheat provides a slight, citrusy finish.
